For $50-$65 per 1-hour session, you’ll receive my full attention and expertise. The process starts with an in-depth consultation where we define your goals, assess your current fitness level, and discuss any limitations or preferences you may have. Based on this, I’ll create a tailored program, delivered to you wee- by-week, allowing us to adjust and fine-tune your plan as you progress.

Throughout the 8 weeks, we’ll have weekly check-ins to ensure you're on track and making the progress you want. You’ll also have direct access to me for any questions, form checks, and necessary adjustments, ensuring continuous support and guidance.
